Found Insulation Jacket

Found this cool item on the Core77 blog today. What would you fill it with?



Merrell's new lightweight Gather Jacket helps hikers and climbers adapt to rapid temperature changes by filling pockets throughout the jacket with any found materials for increased insulation. It's nice to actually see this concept realized after years of student projects presenting similar solutions for helping the homeless survive cold nights.

Technical details:
- 100% Nylon
- Translucent, 30 Denier, high-tenacity fabric is lightweight, dry and comfortable
- Featuring Natulon environmentally friendly zippers made of 100% recycled material
- DWR finish provides great water resistance
- Concept design allows for multi-material, on the fly insulation with found materials of your choice
- Full length sleeve and body zips allow for adaptive insulation to help create an adjustable internal climate based on conditions
